Lemon Chicken Noodles

Can be cooked entirely on stovetop or in microwave

1 chicken Ramen noodle package (crunch up while in package)

2 cups water

1 tablespoon or so of fresh or bottled lemon juice (amount based on preference)

1-2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro or parsley leaves

⅛ teaspoon black pepper or more to taste

STEP 1

This step can be done on the stovetop or in the microwave.

In a small pan, bring the water to a boil. Add the noodles and seasoning packet and cook them to your liking.
